We have been a remote/dispersed team since day-1, so we're fully geared up with how to develop a team ethos, positive work culture, efficient systems and processes, and unified goals. You'd be surprised how close our remote team are! 

During the day-to-day, everyone is trusted to work autonomously, whether on our client work or internal content and projects. We have plenty of team meetings (...though not too many!) and in-person away days too (when we're allowed!). 

We're truly global, the majority of our clients are in the US. We have clients in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Poland, Canada and Australia too.

Current Vacancies

Business Development Executive

To accelerate our growth we’re looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Executive who has a strong service sales background. We have ambitious plans to scale and expand our client portfolio in the tech and professional services sectors and are looking for someone with the drive and energy that matches our ambitions.

The role is full-time and you’ll work remotely – no commute required! Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team are spread across multiple locations.  We work using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate, and have in-person meet-ups from time-to-time.

Reporting directly into the CEO and founder, this is a multi-faceted position that calls for a flexible, methodical and hard-working individual.

You’ll relish the challenge of finding new prospects and of growing a business, hence the role requires someone with demonstrable expertise working in business development in an agency or service led business.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business development role – ideally for a small/medium sized agency.

Candidates for this role must be based in the UK, ideally in the North-West. 

Marketing Manager

We’re looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join our team to help our ambitious plans to scale-up and grow over the next few years and expand our client portfolio in the professional services and tech sectors. The role is full-time and you'll work remotely - no commute required! Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team are spread across multiple locations, we all work remotely using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate, and we have meet-ups occasionally.

The role requires a wide range of marketing abilities, skills and experience from supporting the marketing of the Content 10x brand as well as the founders personal branding and content strategy, to thought leadership. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, yet has the ability to think and plan strategically.

The successful applicant will have been working in a marketing role for at least the past 6 years and will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of how to market a service-based business.

Candidates for this role must be based in the UK, ideally in the North-West. 

Junior Content Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Content Coordinator to join the team. Every day you would be working with blogs, podcasts, videos, social media and other online content for ourselves and our clients. The role is full-time and home-based.

You will be responsible for the accurate and timely publication of content onto our clients’ websites, social media, YouTube, podcast hosting platforms…etc. This will involve planning, coordinating and collating the work of other team members to ensure that everything is completed on time.

Candidates need to be highly organised with insane attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is hard working and self-motivated, and able to multi-task and use initiative. The ideal candidate is looking to develop a career in the exciting world of content marketing and social media, and is keen to learn, develop and grow.
