Marketing Operations Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Operations Manager.  In this role, you’ll help us continue to deliver a world-class service to our clients, and meet our ambitious plans to scale-up and grow over the next few years. The role is full-time and remote. Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team are spread across multiple locations.  We work remotely using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate, plus we have in-person meet-ups occasionally.

To be considered for the role you’ll need to be based in the UK, ideally in the North-West.

Reporting directly into the CEO and founder, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of our service to our clients. This is a multi-faceted position that is ideally suited to a methodical, process-driven and hard-working individual, with excellent communication skills.

You should be a proactive leader who thrives as part of a small tight-knit team.  You’ll be highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an energetic personality. This is a senior role, but requires a ‘hands on’ approach.  Very strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also key.

The role involves client liaison, leading the content publishing team (2 people), and working closely with the creative and writing teams to ensure quality outputs at all times. You’ll also have responsibility for maintaining our systems, processes and reporting.

In addition to client work you will oversee the publishing and distribution of our own content (podcast, blog, case studies, social media content, etc.) – supported by your team and working alongside the writing and creative teams.

To excel in the role you’ll also need to have a keen interest in and understanding of content marketing and social media, particularly for small businesses and brands. You also need to genuinely care (some may say pedantic!) about delivering a very high-quality service and client experience.

We are a hard-working, fun, lively team who are genuinely passionate about our jobs! The Marketing Operations Manager is a crucial member of the team and will aid our ongoing growth and success. We are looking for someone who wants to develop a long-term career with us and believe the role offers excellent scope for professional growth and career advancement.
